Each member of the office staff has a vast amount of experience within their area of expertise.  Below are brief descriptions of the companies lead managers.



Jack E. Bray - President / CEO

Since 1973 Mr. Bray has been a full time, hands on manager of all operations at J.L. Bray and Son. He maintains an intimate knowledge of progress on all current jobs while developing relationships with future clients. Mr. Bray is continuously updating himself on the latest trends in the construction industry. James W. Bray - Vice President

Mr. Bray began his employment with JL Bray and Son's field crew in 1991 and entered management in 1997. Mr. Bray coordinates design development working directly with the owner to provide a facility that is functional and within the owners budget. Jeff Roberts - Chief Estimator

Mr. Roberts started working in construction in 1970 and has been estimating and managing projects since 1980. His extensive background in structural steel, metal framing and sheeting provides a immensely valuable asset to all projects. Mr. Roberts has acquired a broad range of knowledge in the construction of government, commercial, and medical facilities from preconstruction to project closeout. You can email Jeff at



Lori Cuthbertson -  Bookkeeping Supervisor 

For over 19 years Mrs. Cuthbertson has worked in construction cost control. Her duties at JL Bray and Son include financial reporting, payroll, receivables control, job costing, and accounts payable.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact Lori at  



Karen Love - Executive Secretary / Project Coordination Supervisor

Project Superintendents

From metal buildings to bomb detonation chambers, Bray's field superintendents have built a wide array of structures.  Each project has unique requirements.  The proper superintendent will be selected by the staff to fulfill your projects particular needs. 



Construction Crews

One of the most critical items in any construction project is on site labor.  The ability to provide experienced personal when needed is vital to any project.  Bray's crews have the experience that your job will require.  With the ability to augment that crew with additional experienced labor in less than one day, Bray has the ability to stand behind the schedules it commits to.
